The Absolute Best Eco Friendly Travel Mug

!±8± The Absolute Best Eco Friendly Travel Mug

Hi, my name is James and I am a Coffeeholic. I have found the absolute best eco friendly travel cup. It is the "DCI I Am Not a Paper Cup" porcelain travel cup.

Just so you know. I spend a little over 2 hours a day in the car coming and going to work and I always take a cup of coffee. Now I normally have between 2 and 2 1/2 pots of the black stuff every day, so I consider myself somewhat of a coffee expert. When out, I order my coffee "extra hot" because I want to enjoy it longer and not have to rush to finish it before it cools off.

In my constant quest to go green I have been shopping for an eco friendly travel mug. I have come to not like the idea of my paper and foam cups helping fill the landfills. I have bought countless coffee house mugs but they just didn't cut it. When you want a cup of coffee, you want the last sip to be just as hot as the first. This just does not happen with the foam and paper cups that are passed across the bar when you order a latte.

My requirements were simple. I wanted a reusable travel mug that was easy to clean, did not change the flavor of the coffee and would keep my coffee HOT! Well, I found it. This Porcelain Coffee Cup does look like an actual paper cup. It keeps your coffee HOT and it is not paper. It is funny to see the look on peoples face when you set it down and it goes "tink" when it hits the table. This mug is double walled and has a rubber relief plug in the bottom. It is labeled as microwave safe just keep in mind that when you do put it in the microwave it will be hot when it comes out.

This cup does not change the coffee flavor at all. As a matter of fact. All you taste is coffee. The silicon lid is flexible and it does not leak. I rate this Eco friendly Coffee Cup at 4 Stars. I would give it 5 stars except it only holds 10 ounces. About the same size as the medium at Starbucks. All in all, I have no regrets that I bought this and as a matter of fact I am buying more and am giving them out as presents.

Since I have bought this I take it everywhere. Whenever I go to get some of Seattle's best I always pass my cup and have them fill it up. If you are serious about going green, start with changing something that you do on a daily basis. Change your to go cups and stop filling up the landfills. Everything you do makes a difference.

Make Peace With Your Heart - And Take Charge Of Your Health

!±8± Make Peace With Your Heart - And Take Charge Of Your Health

"Just thought you would like to hear the latest report from my Cardiologist, whom I went to see on Monday, just because it has now been over one year since my MI." This was the beginning of an Email message that Susan, a 62-year old patient of mine from Sedona, Arizona, sent me recently, one year after she suffered a major heart attack. "He was a bit disturbed when I first saw him" she continued, "because I said I was not taking any medications and had not since last August. As he was talking with me he said he would probably prescribe a couple of medications for me to start taking again, but first he wanted to do an echocardiogram and a stress test."

"I agreed to them both and they were done in his office. While I was on the treadmill, I became tired, so I told his assistants I was getting tired and they said 'You maybe, but your heart is not!' They said the echocardiogram and stress test were well within normal limits. When the Cardiologist came back in the room he said, 'I am totally surprised, just totally surprised, these tests show a healthy heart, no failure at all! So you can go home, continue doing what you have been doing and come back to see me in six months.' He did not mention anything else about medications."

Her message ended by saying how grateful she was for having received all the advice and recommendations that had given here the power to claim a healthy normal heart. Susan is one in thousands of people who were listed as incurable heart disease patients but have learnt to make peace with the heart.

Love is the greatest power of the universe. It is an impulse of the heart that bestows peace, vitality, and happiness and also sets up the right karma to lead us towards completion. The necessity of heart disease arises when the need for inner transformation is not acknowledged. The degree of heart disease corresponds to the degree of negativity we hold in our heart against others and ourselves. When we choose love as the principal power and motivation behind our thoughts and actions the limiting effects of our karmic issues begin to crumble and a new sense freedom and peace begins to dominate our intentions and desires. Those who are willing to make this choice will not only recover from heart disease or its beginning stages but also awaken to a clarity of awareness that can truly make sense of the chaos, confusion and fear that is prevailing at the current stage of global transformation. Negative issues are no longer seen as obstacles but as opportunities for growth and expansion of happiness.

Love-based Medicine

Less than a hundred years ago heart disease was an extremely rare disease. Today it kills more people in the developed world than all other causes of death taken together. The most extensive studies on heart disease have shown that lack of happiness is by far the greatest risk factor for developing heart problems. Since happiness is one of the principal expressions of love, only love-based medicine can truly heal the heart and protect the body from disease and ageing. If fear is the motivation that drives a person to accept a particular treatment or make major changes in diet or lifestyle, the chances of improvement or recovery are very small. The current approaches of dealing with heart disease are mainly symptom-oriented and don't address the underlying causes.

In several industrialized nations mortality rates from heart attacks have slightly decreased due to a generation of breakthroughs in heart care - the new medicines, the bypass operations, the angioplasties. Now the beneficiaries of this care are living with the consequences: Their damaged hearts still beat, but not strong enough for enjoying a decent quality of life.

Apart from generating a whole range of harmful side effects most currently used treatments for heart disease instill tremendous fear in cells of the body, which respond by secreting large amounts of the stress hormones cortison and adrenaline. This by itself can jeopardize the healing process. Until recently, these treatments were considered more or less harmless but are now recognized by leading heart researchers to be the main causes of a new disease called "chronic heart failure." Chronic heart failure is a slow-motion death-experience that has reached epidemic proportions. The treatment-caused disease reflects the major dilemma in which the medical system is engulfed, although this development can also be seen in a positive light. The inability of the medical system to cure heart disease and other chronic illnesses puts the responsibility for healing back where it belongs, that is to the heart, mind and body of each individual. It opens the doors for love-based medicine.

Cleansing your body from any internal blockages is an act of love towards your cells, your heart, and the whole of your Being. Each time you cleanse an organ, the blood, the tissues and cells from toxic deposits of metabolic waste material, chemicals or the remnants of undigested foods you are actually practicing love-based medicine. Every part of the body will feel grateful, relieved and loved and in return generates impulses of love. This frequency of love and care occurs simultaneously in all the cells of the body and stands in contrast to the frequency of fear that is generated when symptoms of toxicity or congestion (called disease) are suppressed with drugs or surgical intervention. The act of self-help or self-love has the power to awaken the soul and strengthen the link to our higher self. This turns the body into a temple of God.

Be Kind to Your Body

At every moment of their existence the cells of the body send enzymes and light-encoded signals to the heart. The related messages may convey either feelings of comfort and well being or feelings of discomfort and distress. Any form of congestion in the body, which involves thickening of the tissue fluids or the formation of excessive mucus, fats, cell debris or other obstructions in the organs, muscles, skin, bones and their respective blood and lymph vessels, puts a great strain on both the physical and emotional heart. This increases the workload (and wear and tear) of the heart and reduces its very capacity of delivering vital nutrients to the 60-100 trillion cells of the body. As a result, the cells become increasingly congested, undernourished and damaged, which urges them to send signals of depression, sadness and irritability to the heart. This highly stressful situation stimulates the adrenal glands to secrete more of the stress hormones adrenaline and cortisol, leading to further wear and tear in the body.

The challenge of this time is to start loving and accepting our physical body and to take care of all its needs, as we would take care of a loved one. Assisting the body in its attempt to heal itself generates happiness in each of its cells; it also frees the mind from its limitations and leads us to the recognition that Spirit is our true nature. Without giving any attention to the disease itself it begins to disappear in the same way as it came. By giving the body the nourishment, attention, and care it needs to remain vital and happy and by removing the impediments that prevent the body from healing itself, the cells will feel loved and protected.

Excessive Protein - The Major Cause of Congestion

On the physical level, circulatory problems and heart disease are caused by a build-up of impurities in the blood, the lymph, the tissue fluid that connects cells (connective tissue), and the walls of the blood vessels (capillaries and arteries). Of all the foods, protein from animal sources has the most congesting effects. Since the human body can only utilize a very small amount of the protein contained in meat, eggs, fish, or cheese, etc., much of the unused protein is passed via the blood stream into the connective tissues.

When too many proteins enter the connective tissue it thickens to the consistency of jelly. This obstructs the cells' nutrient supply and removal of metabolic waste materials. To make the tissue fluid thin again the excessive proteins are stored as collagen in the basement membranes of the capillaries and arteries. Once their storage capacity for protein is exhausted the blood pressure may rise and the blood becomes thicker. The cells of the body begin to suffer malnutrition and, unable to remove all their metabolic waste products, the level of impurities in the body's organs, tissues and cells starts to rise. This greatly adds to the workload of the heart, cuts down oxygen supply and the body as a whole becomes tired more easily.

Since the blood pressure is naturally higher in the arteries close to the heart, hardened coronary arteries are particularly vulnerable to injury. Any wounds or cracks that occur in these arteries can be life threatening and are consequently patched up by the body with special glue-like blood chemicals and cholesterol. In the long-term these first aid measures, however, may lead to total occlusion of the heart arteries, which starve the heart muscles of oxygen and trigger a heart attack. All this generates anxiety, insecurity, anger, depression, or other stressful emotions.

Other Causes...

Overeating protein foods in not the only cause of heart disease. Anything that has a strong acid-forming influence and leads to congestion anywhere in the body affects the circulatory system. Exposure to X-rays, intake of antibiotics and other medical or narcotic drugs, alcohol, coffee, cokes, tea, cigarettes, sugary foods, artificial sweeteners such as Aspartame, processed, preserved, and microwave foods, etc. deplete the body's mineral reserves and disturb its basic metabolic processes. As a result, the daily normal turnover of 30 billion cells becomes disrupted, leaving behind a large number of old and worn-out cell proteins.

Whatever amount of the protein is not deposited in the connective tissues and blood vessels begins to putrefy and form such poisons as cadaverine and putrescine. More and more toxins begin to appear in the blood, causing irritability, bad moods, fear, anger, and nervousness. One way of pushing the toxins back into the connective tissues and to suppress the corresponding emotions, at least for a little while, is to keep using such nerve toxins as nicotine, caffeine, drugs, alcohol, or even sugar. This causes addictions. It is very difficult to give up an addiction unless we use methods of cleansing that prevent new toxins from appearing in the blood stream. Drinking, for example, a glass of water before smoking a cigarette or drinking a cup of coffee thins the blood and aids the removal of toxins. Thus the urge to use stimulants lessens drastically.

The Purpose of Heart Disease

The current time is the best time ever to improve ourselves and to raise the vibration of global awareness. Our planet is a planet of emotions and is destined to become the most demonstrative example of love-based living for the rest of the universe. This means that the people on Earth must learn to live from their heart. Love is and will be the most effective way of achieving anything, from physical health to abundance and spiritual wisdom. This also means that the days of fear-dominated methods of success are numbered.

The modern heart disease epidemic merely reflects the enormous transition we are passing through on an emotional, physical and spiritual level at this crucial time in human history. We have collectively created this epidemic to deal with our emotions and to turn the planet of fear into a planet of love. Since emotions are mental impulses that have physical expressions we can effectively balance them by clearing any obstructions that may have occurred in the heart, the blood and lymph vessels, the liver, kidneys, intestines or other organs. Since this is the most favorable time for clearing old karma, we are now able to discover more simple solutions to our complex physical problems. These solutions are particularly made available to those who feel the need to take self-responsibility for their health and well being. The desire to mend the heart or any other sick part of the body through non-invasive, non-violent and natural means is an impulse of love that opens the heart. It also opens the door to recognizing Spirit within.

The last issue already covered one important method of healing -- liver cleansing. Removing gallstones from the liver and gallbladder can by itself prevent and reverse heart disease especially if it is combined with programs of hydration and improved diet/lifestyle. A clean liver is perfectly capable of protecting the heart and its blood vessels from becoming blocked and damaged. If heart disease has already occurred, other organs such as the kidneys and intestines must be cleansed, too. The lymphatic system, which serves as the body's waste removal system, has to be clear of any congestion for the body's cells to enjoy stress-free and frictionless functioning.

Cleansing does not only free our cells from struggle and strive but also our entire life. It is good to remind ourselves that whatever we do on the physical planes we automatically do on the emotional, astral, and mental planes as well. In addition to restoring balance in our body we spontaneously restore balance in our world and also in the universe. Although heart disease can be a devastating experience for a person and his loved ones, it can also be an opportunity for a quantum leap in personal development.

Some Useful Tips:

To effectively remove congestion in the body and reverse heart disease and hypertension you need to do the following things:

o Remove gallstones from liver and gallbladder through a series of liver cleanses

o Dissolve kidney stones through a kidney cleanse

o Drink a minimum of six to eight glasses of water a day

o Take the main meal of the day at around midday

o Exercise for a minimum of 10-15 minutes a day

o Reduce or cut out protein foods that are of animal source (meat, fish, eggs, cheese)

o Avoid stimulants that act as diuretics (tea, coffee, cigarettes, sodas, alcoholic drinks)

o To remove toxins from the tissues, the lymphatic system and the blood take 1-2 sips of hot, ionized water (boiled for 15 minutes and kept in a thermos) every half hour throughout the day, for several weeks.

o Give yourself a full 5-minute massage with cold-pressed sesame oil, or at least dry-brush your body, every morning, followed by a bath or shower.

o Set aside time for meditation and recreation every day.

Tips on Proper Bottle Feeding

!±8± Tips on Proper Bottle Feeding

Proper bottle feeding kicks off with clean baby bottles. Life after birth for the infant depends on the feeding process. The best bottle feeding advice you could ever get from experts is ensuring the use of clean baby bottles. Cleanliness is enhancing life. Cleaning is removing milk residue on the bottles. Rinse off bottles with hot water to stop milk residue from caking and prevent it from creating a foul smell inside. Sterilize the bottles after washing. This way, bacteria and other disease-causing elements will die off with the heat.

Here are more of the bottle feeding tips you can follow to be able to feed your child the right way. Consider the following before and during feeding:

1. Nipples - Nipples are supposed to have the right holes. Too large holes may result to leakage and choking while too small ones may cause sucking difficulty for babies. Have spare or extra nipples kept inside a sealed bottle for cases of wearing and tearing of the old ones. In cases where nipples have small holes, try to sterilize a needle and widen the holes for increased flow.
2. Warm milk - Heat milk before giving it to the infant. Just have the bottle with milk stand in warm water. Refrain from having it heated in a microwave to avoid hotspot that might burn your baby's mouth.
3. Fridge - Store milk prepared in advance in the fridge and not on the door. The fridge doors do not have a stable temperature that might cause the spoiling of the milk. Remember, milk prepared in advance should only be kept in the fridge for 24 hours. If bottled milk is taken out of the fridge, its life span would only take three hours long. On the other hand, if a baby started feeding on a bottle yet was not able to finish it all up, make sure you don't feed the left over after an hour because the baby's saliva has already contaminated it.
4. Clean Hands - Make sure your hands are sanitized before touching any feeding supply.
5. Boiled Water - Prepare the infant formula with boiled water is tolerable by the hand. Remember further not to use repeatedly the boiled water.
6. Travel - When traveling, make sure bottles are kept in an insulated box only for eight hours. Never carry with you warm feed because it acts as breeding ground for bacteria. Take with you a thermos with hot water instead.

These are just a few of the many useful bottle feeding advice you can follow when feeding your baby. There are a lot more especially when talking about feeding positions and strategy. For instance, bottles should be tilted to be able to inhibit too much air from entering your baby's mouth. Also, you have to keep the baby's head straight while feeding. Head tilted back or sideways cause difficulty in swallowing.

These bottle feeding tips will be of great aid for you to create a great feeding experience for your baby. Mothers may always wish for the baby to finish the whole bottle content even when babies are already full. Babies know when to stop. Mothers also should.

Healthy Kids' Lunch Ideas - Brown Bag Goodness

!±8± Healthy Kids' Lunch Ideas - Brown Bag Goodness

Your children's school lunches have to fuel them all afternoon. Here are some ideas for making that brown bag lunch healthy, without losing the 'yum' factor.

1. Think beyond the sandwich. When my youngest child (who is also my pickiest eater) started grade school, he would always bring home his sandwich without ever having taken a bite. My daughters both loved sandwiches of all types, so we tried everything with my son -- all kinds of different sandwich fillings, from cheese to turkey, ham, roast beef, peanut butter & jelly; we tried crust and no crust, all to no avail. But when we started simply packing items separately, he started gobbling it all up.

What he ends up with is a pretty healthy lunch, even without the traditional main event of the brown bug lunch: the sandwich. He might take a small reusable container of peanut butter as a dip for apple slices, a slice of cheese, a handful of walnuts, some whole grain crackers and a healthy granola bar, for example.

If your kid - like mine - doesn't love sandwiches, try cold cuts with crackers (like making your own Lunchables), or try tortilla wraps or pitas. Pack some of last night's leftovers in a microwavable container. Or pour some hot soup in a Thermos.

2. A mental checklist might be helpful. When you're packing your kids' lunches, aim to include at least one protein, one whole grain, one serving of fruit, another of veggie. And one (little) treat.

3. Let them do it themselves. By the older elementary grades, kids can start to pack their own lunches, under your watchful eye, of course. It's fun to see them engage in the process, and it allows them to make their own healthy choices.

4. Freeze the yogurt. My kids love the single-serving tubes of yogurt. We freeze them and then they have thawed to the perfect temperature by lunchtime.

5. Pack your fruit fresh. Instead of pricey, tiny containers of sliced fruit cocktails or fruit yogurt, pack a small apple, banana, or a bunch of grapes. Clementines are easy to peel and low on seeds, so they are a great alternative to oranges or tangerines.

6. Don't forget the veggies. If your kids devour veggies when there's a little Ranch dressing around, look for reusable containers with a spot for your dipping sauce. Then pack raw veggies - some carrots, celery, sugar snap peas, - and let the kids crunch away. Kids tend to love finger foods and they love to dip things - so this is a great way to pack the vegetables.

7. Instead of potato chips or other fried snacky sides, pack some popcorn or Smartfood.

8. From time to time, take your child to the grocery store with you and ask her to pick out healthy options for her lunch. She might know more about the world of healthy snacks and lunches because she sees (and probably shares in) a great deal of variety from her friend's lunches. You might even find a new favorite for yourself.

On a side note, another way to save money (and a whole lot of waste) is to use washable containers instead of individual plastic baggies whenever possible. There are several innovative and ecofriendly lunch boxes on the market (the Goodbyn, for example) that can help you do away with these baggies altogether by using individual compartments for each part of the meal.

Myth Or Fact: Will Alka-Seltzer Clean Your Toilet?

!±8± Myth Or Fact: Will Alka-Seltzer Clean Your Toilet?

You know the jingle - "Plop, plop, fizz, fizz... Oh what a relief it is!"

Next time you have a dirty toilet, leave the harsh chemicals in your cleaning closet and grab the Alka-Seltzer.

The fizzy action created by citric acid and other ingredients in Alka-Seltzer has proven to be an effective toilet cleaning agent.

First, microwave a container filled with two cups of tap water for three minutes or until it nearly reaches the boiling point. Then add eight Alka-Seltzer tablets to the container. Once the tablets have completely dissolved, pour the concoction into an empty toilet basin, allowing it to settle for 30 minutes. To empty the basin, turn off the water valve behind the toilet and proceed to flush the tank.

Once 30 minutes has lapsed, gently swipe the inside of the entire basin with a toilet bowl brush. Then turn back on the water and flush the toilet to remove excess debris. Dropping two tablets in the tank after cleaning the basin should keep your toilet looking fresh for at least a few flushes.

Alka-Seltzer is also effective in drain cleaning. A few tablets followed by a cup of vinegar down the drain and 20 minutes of waiting should do the trick. Once the 20 minutes is up, run a steady stream of hot water down the drain to flush out the debris, which should also eliminate any odor in the process.

Other interesting ways to use Alka-Seltzer:

• Soothe insect bites: Put two Alka-Seltzer tablets in a half glass of water, dip a cotton ball in the solution and apply it to the bite. Don't do this if you're allergic to aspirin!

• Attract fish: Fish are attracted to bubbles. Place a couple of tablets in a plastic tube on your fishing line. The jig will produce a stream of bubbles as it sinks.

• Clean a coffeemaker: Fill the water chamber with water and four Alka-Seltzer tablets. When the tablets have dissolved, run the coffeemaker through a brew cycle to clean the tubes. Rinse the chamber two or three times, and then run another brew cycle with plain water.

• Clean jewelry: Put your dull-looking jewelry in a water-filled glass of Alka-Seltzer for a few minutes to make them look shiny and new.

• Deodorize the refrigerator: This can be done by dropping a tablet or two in cup of water and letting it fizz inside the refrigerator for about thirty minutes. Alka-Seltzer is also good for deodorizing thermos bottles. Just drop four tablets in bottle filled with water and let soak for two hours.

• Remove greasy pans: Add six tablets to a pan filled with hot water and let soak for an hour. Then proceed to scrub the pan as usual.

• Brighten whites: Soak white clothes in a gallon of warm water containing two Alka-Seltzer tablets and your wearable's should come out looking brighter!

Gourmet Coffee Habit Costing Consumers as Much as $1,500 Yearly

!±8± Gourmet Coffee Habit Costing Consumers as Much as ,500 Yearly

Gourmet coffee consumers rarely consider the cost of their
daily coffee in terms of the expense to brew premium whole
bean coffee at home (50 cents to 75 cents) with prices of
a pound of gourmet coffee beans versus a two or three cup
a day (.50 to .00) coffee drinking habit when purchased
at premium coffee houses. A recent Washington Post article
discussed Seattle law students spending money from their
student loans for Starbucks coffee across the street from
the Seattle University School of Law.

Erika Lim, director of career services at the law school has
launched a campaign to reduce coffee consumption by students
attending the university on student loan money. She points
out that students are spending education loans on luxuries
like latte instead of necessities like a loaf of bread. That
borrowed money takes years to repay and many students don't
do the math to see that study time with 2-3 cups of coffee
at Starbucks over 4 years can cost them significant sums -
as much as 00 in principle, interest and fees on their
student loan - over the course of their education. An
online calculator has been posted for those interested in
calculating their caffeine expenses at:
http://www.hughchou.org/calc/coffee.cgi

Gourmet Coffee drinkers have become accustomed to paying
or more per cup for fresh brewed coffees at Premium coffee
houses - and many sources are predicting those prices may
increase to as much as per cup soon due to expected
increases in green coffee prices. But smart gourmet coffee
consumers have long known that premium coffee brewed at home
costs just 12 cents or so per cup, depending on preferences
for coffee strength.

Many coffee producers recommend starting with 1 tablespoon
of fresh ground gourmet coffee beans per standard 6 ounce
cup of water. Starbucks recommends double that amount for
stronger coffees at 2 tablespoons per 6 ounce cup. A pound
of gourmet coffee (that is 16 Ounces or 1 Lb.) divided
by 1 1/2 Ounces comes to roughly 10 pots of 10 cups
(6 Ounce cups) equaling 100 cups for the cost of one pound
of gourmet coffee beans. At the average of 1.5 tablespoons
per 6 ounce cup and average size of 12 ounce coffee mug,
you can expect 50 cups of home brewed coffee per pound of
gourmet beans!

Prices of premium gourmet coffee beans range between
and per pound, making a cup of home-brewed gourmet
coffee, made fresh to your liking, cost only between .10
cents and .25 cents per cup or between .00 and .00 per
pot of coffee! Even the rarest and most expensive coffee
sold, the exotic Kopi Luwak, at 5 per pound, is still
less than .75 per 6 ounce cup when brewed at home! So
if you have expensive tastes and want a 12 ounce mug of
the rarest and most expensive coffee on the planet, you
still need only pay what some premium coffee houses charge
for a latte (.50) for that rare privilege.

When consumers learn that they can purchase gourmet whole
bean coffee for between to per pound, then fresh
grind and brew at home for significantly less than gourmet
coffee companies charge, many see home brewing premium
gourmet coffee as luxurious treat. Purchasing a thermos
or a large travel mug to take coffee with them from home
makes drinking rich, fresh roasted coffee a possibility
for about one-seventh the cost of buying that coffee from
expensive and crowded coffee shops.

Many so-called premium coffee houses keep their coffee
heated on warmers after brewing, but this practice causes
the flavor to turn bitter after less than an hour of
warming. It is actually more likely you will get a rich
flavorful cup of coffee from an insulated thermos or
insulated type pump containers. Reheating coffee can
destroy the flavor of good gourmet coffee - just as quickly
as extensive warming.

Coffee purists prefer to make individual cups with a coffee
press, fresh grinding beans for each cup and drinking the
entire amount brewed before it turns cold to get the maximum
enjoyment from their beans. Microwave a good cup of coffee
that has gone cold and you'll see how much better it is
freshly brewed. Using good clean, fresh water is essential
since coffee is 99% water and bad tasting tap water can
quickly ruin even the best fresh ground beans.

You can enjoy great gourmet coffee more and pay less for the
privilege by starting with whole beans and grinding them
yourself with a coffee grinder. Make only what you can
drink or carry with you in a nice thermos or travel mug
instead of reheating coffee later. Use good tasting water
and keep your brewing equipment clean to prevent the
rancid bitterness that can come from previous grounds in
crevices.

You can brew at home with fine gourmet coffee beans, fresh
ground and brewed in a French press coffee maker, carry a
fancy thermos of great coffee to work or school and enjoy
the best coffee available for far less money than you would
spend at crowded and expensive premium coffee house.
